What Kerri enjoys most about her job is the personal rapport she builds with clients, helping them achieve full payment and feeling accomplished when seeing their satisfaction. Additionally, she loves the challenge of billing and the teamwork environment that she has helped to create, fueled by her and Vanessa's hard work in making the company successful and flourishing.

What Vanessa enjoys most about her job is the challenge of working in an ever-changing field, helping to earn physicians the money they deserve and seeing the satisfaction that comes with that. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Vanessa is a woman of many interests, enjoying the thrill of car races, including Nascar and dirt track racing. She even has a pink mustang of her own! Additionally, Vanessa has a love for Halloween and enjoys decorating her house for holidays. She is married to her husband for 13 years and has 3 Scottish Fold cats.
